Strong ,consistently gusting easterly winds brought on large,rough , dangerous surf conditions.The high winds also sprayed beachgoers with sand loosened by eager bodysurfers rushin to enter the water.The high winds easily turned sun-blocking beach umbrellas into stiff,metal splined, reverse windsocks
.It was enter the water at your own risk..
