This album contains some of the photos taken a day before the 2005 contest was held.Waves were on a steady rise from 4 to 6ft sets to a steady 8 to 10 ft 1st reef break every 25 minutes or so.Clean waves from the west started at Off-the-Walls, through Pipe, continuing through Gums, ending at a sandbar in front of Ehukai Beach Park.
